Internet / Phone orders
It is a condition of purchase that you verify that you are 18 years of age or over. When placing an order with Petersham Liquor Mart via our website or over the phone, you confirm that all the details that you have provided in completing the order and offer to purchase the liquor are true and correct. If you do not confirm that you are 18 years or over, your order will not be processed.
Fright costs vary depending on you Order & who you pick as your Courier, Prices Quoted below is just guide ONLY
- Australia Post, by the Kg the more you buy the more the fright is + Insurance on top if you want insurance. It is the customers responsivity to contact us to put insurance on the parcel
- E-go – 15kg per box flat rate (no insurance available) Can NOT deliver to a PO Box, Street address ONLY (if you want it delivered to a PO Box please select Australia Post as your courier)
- Approx. $12 per box to metro area’s in NSW, VIC, QLD, SA & WA
- The more cartons you buy, the cheaper the freight gets
- Any goods lost due to breakages once the parcel has left our store
- e-go is an ATL service if the customer isn’t home a redelivery charge will be charged to the customer, if e-go deems it unsafe to leave it unattended
- Fastway has 6 rates (insurance included) Can NOT deliver to a PO Box, Street address ONLY (if you want it delivered to a PO Box please select Australia Post as your courier)
- Sydney Metro $12.00 (12 bottles, Max 20kg)
- Metro Area 6 bottles $12.5 (QLD, VIC, SA, TAS & WA excludes NT)
- Metro Area 12 bottles $17 (QLD, VIC, SA, TAS & WA excludes NT)
- Pink Zone 6 bottles $23.65 (12 bottles + $4.35)
- White Zone 6 bottles $40.35 (12 bottles + $4.35)
- Grey Zone 6 bottles $60.25 (12 bottles + $4.35)
- Offers free redelivery or collection at a parcel pick up point near you
- Offers parcel redirection, may incur a fee

Orders Must be received before 10am to be sent out the same day,

The Goods are entirely at the risk of the Customer from the moment the goods leave our store. We pack ALL packages as to insure they arrive to their desertion but what the drivers / transfer depo’s do is out of our control!
Fastway up to $1500 has insurance included in the price of the freight per label / case (read their T&C)
Refunds will only be given once the claim has been finalized & we have been paid for the carrier
ATL (Authority To Leave) isn’t legally allowed as we are selling Alcohol. The couriers need someone over 18 years old to accept the delivery & may refuse to leave the delivery with any minors & you may be charged a redelivery charges
Couriers ONLY operate Monday to Friday (not on Weekends or Public Holidays)
Couriers can ONLY deliver to Street Address Fastway or E-go cannot deliver to PO Boxes! If you require a delivery to your PO Box you MUST pick, select Australia Post as you Delivery Option
By placing an order on our site, you must agree to all of our T & C above
Fastway – on the date that we dispatch the goods to you will receive you will receive an automated email from IFS & on this email will be your tracking Number / Numbers at the bottom of the page. Go to http://www.fastway.com.au/courier-services/track-your-parcel?l= & enter your label number. At the bottom of the Page you will see an orange button “Submit Online Enquire”
E-go – at the time we book the pickup you will receive an automated email & on this email will be your tracking Number XX123456. Go to https://www.e-go.com.au/home.do & on the right-hand side of the page you will see “Track your package” enter your number here & press go. If you cannot find the parcel https://www.e-go.com.au/contact.do?start=true please submit you enquire here make sure you include the XX??????
We don’t track every box that leaves the store, so we don’t know if they have been deliver or not. We send out tracking numbers to all our customers, so they can see where their parcel is at any time of the deliver. We are happy to track orders, but it is faster if you do it as you will have all the information you need to track the parcel. If the courier company needs more information they will contact us
Missing or Damaged parcel’s
We can only Refund or send out Replacement Parcels once the courier company that you selected has authorised us to
If your parcel is damaged or lost, please be patient with the courier company’s / us as they need to investigate before they approve any claim
With orders we receive they are normally packed & processed on the same day if received before 10 am orders received after 10am will packed & dispatched the following working day
If the courier service that you picked on our site say's "Next Day" we must receive your order by the cut off time to allow us time in the morning to Pick, Process, Pack & Dispatch your order
If you place an order online today, please don't expect it to arrive "Next Day" especially if the order is placed after 11am. Next day Delivery only applies to orders that a sent out in-between Dispatch Monday to Thursday
The Couriers are normally in our store by 12pm to collect all Orders on

Petersham Liquor Mart will endeavour to keep the vintages up to date but cannot always guarantee the Vintage of the wine in correct as Suppliers do not inform us
If you are after a particular VINTAGE, please put it in the Special Requests Section “Please only supply if the vintage is 2010"
Returns & Refunds Policy
If you wish to return wine not to your taste, we would be happy to refund in full any bottles returned to us (if we are satisfied they have been stored and handled correctly) with a deduction made for our initial freight and insurance & other fee's. This will vary dependant on your location. Please note we are unable to process refunds until the wines are received in good condition although most refunds will be processed within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Please contact us with any returns queries and we can advise the correct course of action based on the relevant issue.
For exchange OR returns of a delivered product, unfortunately additional delivery charges will be incurred at your expense to cover freight both ways dependent on customer destination.
