Cut Off Time
Orders Musr be received before 10am to be sent out the same day
The Goods are entirely at the risk of the Customer from the moment the goods leave our store. We pack ALL packages as to insure they arrive to their desertion but what the drivers / transfer depo’s do is out of our control!
Fastway up to $1500 (read their T&C) has insurance included in the price (excluding the cost of shipping) If you request an ATL (Authority To Leave) to be put on the Box or Boxes this CANCELS ALL INSURANCE from the moment it leaves our store.
E-go platinum has limited insurance ($500 only if goods go missing ONLY) they do not cover breakages! E-go is an ATL Service Authority To Leave, if your not home they will leave the box at your own risk!
Refunds will only be given once the claim has be finalized & we have been paid for the carrier
If the Customer wants “Extra Insurance Cover” they must arrange for it themselves Delivery time is a guide only & may vary
Delivery Times are just a guide ONLY, please refer the freight forwarders website that you pick to use to see their T & C
Overnite Delivey means that you should receive your order with-in 24 hours once the goods have been picked up noy delivered overnight if the order is placed today after cut off for pick up
Couriers ONLY operate Monday to Friday (not on Weekends or Public Holidays)
Couriers can ONLY deliver to Street Address Fastway or E-go cannot deliver to PO Boxes! If you require a delivery to your PO Box you MUST pick select Australia Post as you Delivery Option
We are not liable for deliveries that are late as deliveries are done by independent couriers that we do not control. Due to circumstances which we have not foreseen, delivery times may be longer than times nominated and paid for by you.
If your unit isn’t on the street level & doesn’t have a lift the courier company / driver my refuse to do the delivery due to OH&S Laws

What to do if your parcel doesn’t arrive, as we don’t make any Money on freight & to keep the cost as low as possible for our customer we ask that you Track you own parcel
Fastway – on the date that we dispatch the goods to you will receive you will receive an automated email & on this email will be your tracking Number / Numbers at the bottom of the page. Go to http://www.fastway.com.au/courier-services/track-your-parcel?l= & enter your label number. At the bottom of the Page you will see an orange button “Submit Online Enquire”
E-go – at the time we book the pick you will receive an automated email & on this email will be your tracking Number XX123456. Go to https://www.e-go.com.au/home.do & on the right hand side of the page you will see “Track your package” enter your number here & press go. If you cannot find the parcel https://www.e-go.com.au/contact.do?start=true please submit you enquire here make sure you include the XX??????
When the customer deals directly with the freight company you will receive a faster reply as you’re not relying on us to read an email when we have time & then forward it to you!
If the courier company needs more information they will contact us
Fastway offers a free redelivery Service & Australia Post will leave you a calling card & you will have to collect it from your local post office or alternatively you pay for the re-delivery yourself. If you pick e-go & are not home to accept the order we could be charged a Re-Delivery Fee that will be passed on to the customer
With orders we receive they are normally packed & processed on the same day if received before 4 pm are dispatched the following working day
If the courier service that you picked on our site say's "Next Day" we must receive your order by the cut off time to allow us time in the morning to Pick, Process, Pack & Dispatch your order
If you place an order online today please don't expect it to arrive "Next Day" especially if the order is placed after 11am. Next day Delivery only applies to orders that a sent out inbetween Dispatch Monday to Thursday
Returns & Refunds Policy
If you wish to return wine not to your taste, we would be happy to refund in full any bottles returned to us (if we are satisfied they have been stored and handled correctly) with a deduction made for our initial freight and insurance & other fee's. This will vary dependant on your location. Please note we are unable to process refunds until the wines are received in good condition although most refunds will be processed within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Please contact us with any returns queries and we can advise the correct course of action based on the relevant issue.
For exchange OR returns of a delivered product, unfortunately additional delivery charges will be incurred at your expense to cover freight both ways dependent on customer destination.
