Lavender Hill Sweet Riesling
Inspired by beautiful wild Lavender, this sweet Riesling surprises and delights.
On the hills that surround the Jim Barry winery grows a beautiful stand of lavender, nestled
amongst the native flora and fauna. The winery was built in 1974 and the first Lavender Hill
was made that same year, as part of the inaugural vintage.

Winemaking Notes
The wine shows a pale yellow/green hue in the glass.
The nose displays elevated aromas of rose water, freshly squeezed lemon and white peach.
Generous flavours of ripe guava, lychee and Asian fruits are in abundance on the palate.
This is matched by a hint of residual sugar and well balanced by a tight line of acidity.
