Our Madfish wines are named after Madfish Bay, an awesomely remote and wildly beautiful bay where the pure, white sands meet the Southern Ocean. This contemporary style of winemaking is shaped by the coastline of the Great Southern of Western Australia and the ancient soil in which our fruit is grown.
The vineyard of the Great Southern produce Riesling of great varietal purity. Inviting aroma of honeysuckle and musk give way to bold flavours of sweet ripe pear crisp lemon lime citrus.
