Wallaby Creek is a 100% Australian wine produced to exhibit our unique Varietal flavours. This wine is a blend of Chardonnay grapes grown in South Eastern Region of country Australia. The bouquet displays distinct peach and cashew nut characteristics enhanced by vanilla from the delicate use of French Oak. The palate is medium bodied rich and complex showing attractive peach and melon like fruit, finishing dry with clean freh acidity and lingering fruit. This irresistible dry white offers immediate drinking pleasure or develop complexity and depth with further bottle aging up to 5 years.
