Description
Mt Gambier is Australias newest wine region, and one of the coolest in Australia. The cooler the region, the longer the grapes have to develop on the vine, the more flavour they have. These were some of the very last Sav Blanc grapes to be picked in Australia, and had part ferment in fine grain oak barrels, giving it complexity and a crisp yet soft mouth feel of lemon and guava.
