Our Madfish wines are named after Madfish Bay, an awesomely remote & wildly beautiful bay where the pure, white sands meet the Southern Ocean. This contemporary style of winemaking is shaped by the coastal landscape of the South West of Western Australia & the ancient soils in which our fruit is grown.
Our blend of Sauvignon Blanc & Semillon creates a vibrant & alluring wine with tropical and pomme fruit notes with a key lime citrus background. A bright and juicy wine with zesty acidity and a crisp, clean aftertaste.
