Colour: Deep Red
Nose: Fresh black cherry, dried plum, mocha, liquorice aromas with touches of cedar
Palate: The palate has good richness and depth with medium-bodied plem, blackberry, cedar, espresso coffee flavours and ripe, fresh tannins. Finishes gravelly and long. More elegant and muscular than 1998 but evolving really well. Should keep and improve.
