Description
One of the great growing seasons has led to what will certainly be one of the very best Signature releases. Below average rainfall in winter/spring and a warm start to summer meant early budburst. This, combined with a relatively cool finish to summer, led to one of the longest growing and ripening seasons. The result of all this being one of the very best Cabernet seasons on record. A colour of deep plum, cherry-inky red is complemented by aromas of ripe plums, prunes and black olives, backed up with chocolate and roasted nutty oak lift. The palate is very complex with multi layered fruit and oak.
