Rosemount Show Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2000

Description

Rosemount recognised the quality of the Cabernet emerging from Coonawarra as early as 1982 and established the Kirri Billi Vineyard, planting it entirely to Cabernet Sauvignon. Very deep crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. Aroma of mint, chocolate, spice and stewed fruit. On the palate it is the mint and blackcurrant flavours that are dominant. Moderate length. Fine dry tannins, classic Cabernet structure. Long blackcurrant aftertaste.
