Description
88% Tempranillo, 10% Garnacha, 3% Mazuelo. After slow alcoholic fermentation, followed by malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for 12 months in tanks before going into mixed barrels made of American oak staves and French oak heads, where they remain for a minimum of 12 months. This is followed by a period in the bottle before being released on the market. An intense cherry-red in colour, clean and bright. Medium to high-intensity. An intense nose, rich in undertoness, notably red fruits such as a cherries and raspberries, in perfect harmony with hints of minerals and aromatic herbs. Well-balanced and slightly sweet on the palate, with fruit and liquorice against a background of chocolate and coffee. Alcohol content: 13.5%.
