Description
Roxanne Pet-Nat is a sparkling made from Syrah Rose. A small batch of Syrah from Dark Horse Vineyard was harvested and the juice cold-soaked on skins for 24 hours to extract the colour. It was then drained off for cool fermentation in stainless steel to preserve the bright aromatics. At the last possible moment, the ferment was transferred to bottle to complete, trapping the fizz. Aromas of red berries, spices and roses follow through on the palate which is light, dry and refreshing.
