The party is back! Our crazy pink pet nat blend is tasting cracking this year, the Nero d’Avola turning the good times up to 11 with that super bright red fruit cutting through the citrus, stonefruit push of the Vermentino. Hazy blush in the glass, the nose gives wonderful yeastiness, super clean, like walking into the kitchen while mum is baking fruit toast. The fine spritz just accentuates the fun vibes, a wine made for all-day and all-night crushing.

Each variety was picked and fermented separately, the final wine was blended and bottled just prior to the Nero d’Avola finishing ferment to create the Petillant Naturel style sparkling.
