Description

APPEARANCE: Red with purple edges.

AROMA: Blackberry and dark cherry, with lifted notes of chocolate and vanilla oak.

PALATE: Bright fresh berry fruits, and a juicy mid palate overlaying components of dark chocolate. Medium bodied with fine tannins, softly textured through mid palate.

CELLAR: Up to 5 years.

SERVE WITH: A perfect accompaniment to roast or barbecued red meats, duck and game, hard & blue cheese dishes
