Koonara Angels Peak Shiraz

Description

Like the Cabernet, this Shiraz is sweet, yet with no fermentable sugar left, showing the balance in the vines. Near perfect Acid & Ph in the vineyard has created great varietal structure typical of premium cool climate shiraz. This Shiraz displays hints of pepper & cloves amongst the dense blackcurrants and smoked dark chocolate.
