Trumpeter Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon, from vineyards at the foot of the Andes Mountains, was harvested at peak ripeness during a period of high temperature variation. To achieve the highest possible concentration without extracting dry tannins, the wine was fermented in new conical stainless steel tanks.
