Casal Garcia Rose
2008 was the year that gave a pinkish tone to Casal Garcia. The new Casal Garcia Rosé was born! From then on, the spring has been even more joyous with the freshness of Casal Garcia that now also has notes of raspberry and strawberry. The grapes coming from selected producers, in the Vinho Verde Region are pressed at low pressures. The must is then clarified and followed by the alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures. Before bottling, the wine is filtered and cold stabilized. Casal Garcia is ideal as an appeptizer or paired with light salads. For its freshness, it is particulary pleasant in a relaxed and informal atmosphere. Advised temperature for tasting between 8 degrees and 10 degrees. Drink within 2 years.
