Description
The 1993 Black Label Cabernet Shiraz is the 21st consecutive vintage of this outstanding Australian red wine. The current vintage is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz grown in the Eden Valley and Langhorne Creek regions of South Australia.
Distinctive mint overtones are apparent on the nose while the palate is rich, soft and complex with intense fruit flavours and vanillin oak characteristics. The wine is medium-full bodied with some cigar-box flavours and fine-grained tannins. The palate is long, complex and lingering a wine of undoubted class and distinction. This wine was selected in the 1997 Sydney International Top 100.
