Complex and integrated, the nose exhibits lychees, finger limes, grapefruits and black pastilles, woven through savoury layers of almonds, oatmeal and cardamom pod. Heightened floral notes of kaffir and lemon blossom provide lift and fragrance. Concentrated, long and textured, the palate is defined with a fruit spectrum of limes, quince and lemon zest. Diligent oak combine with sherbet-like acidity, providing length and drive to a fine, yet powerful finish.
