Delatite Unfiltered-hells Window Gerwurz Gris

Description

From their winery at the base of Mt Buller in Victoria's high country, this is Delatite's third release of the popular Hell's Window. This trio of Riesling, Pinot Gris, and Gewürztraminer was co-fermented on skins and bottled with a slight amount of residual sugar to allow it to continue to ferment and garner a subtle spritz. It's textural and fresh, with floral aromatics complemented by savoury tannins and sandalwood spice from the time spent on skins
