Description
Eigashima Shuzo has roots going back to the late 1600s. Located near the city of Kobe, it was incorporated in 1888 by Mr. Hyoukichi Urabe. The Kamitaka brand (Literally God Hawk) is based on the tale of a Japanese sea captain who witnessed a hawk flying around their vessels mast during a dangerous mission, a symbol which gives hope to his crewman during troubled times.
