Aquavite di Vinaccia alla Ruta, obtained by an antique recipe of infusion, is revered for its intrinsic therapeutic digestive and aromatic qualities.

This Grappa is Infusion of the rue plant in rue flavored grappa for a specific period of time, rue branches and Aquavite grape pomace grappa. It is transparent with greenish reflections. On the nose you will smell immediately  typical of the rue herbal fragrance. The palate is intense and dry, slightly bitter in the aftertaste.

Serve straight, after a meal at room temperature or mix as an ingredient for a very original cocktail.
