In 2009 we set up Londons first copper distillery for 189 years, crafting all our award winning spirits by hand, in small batches.
Sipsmith? Why Sipsmith? well, much the same as wordsmiths love to craft all things wordical, we love to craft all things sippical, like this London Cup.
Inspired by the ubiquitous punches found in London of old, we've blended our classic London Dry Gin with Early Grey tea, lemon verbena and borage to make this quintessentially English Cup.
Best served in a large wine glass over ice, to three parts lemonade or Ginger ale. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
