COLOUR: Ruby-red colour with some purple hues and a little depth, paler on the rim. AROMA: This has a gently full and elegantly voluminous nose with softly packed aromas of ripe darkred and black berry and cherry fruit, unfolding subtle notes of violet florals and dark herbs from the core. The aromatics are elegant and beautifully ethereal. PALATE Medium-full bodied, the palate is lusciously rich and juicy with sweet flavours of dark-red berry and cherry fruit entwined with subtle nuances of dark herbs,unfolding fragrant violet and darkred florals providing aromatic lift. The fruit is supported by very finegrained tannins that provide structure and grip, but enable accessibility, and the acidity is fresh and lacy, lending energy and vitality. The wine flows to a rich and succulent finish of aromatic dark-red fruits with herb nuances. This is a deliciously juicy Pinot Noir with sweet dark-red berry and cherry fruits along with herbal detail and fragrant florals on a fine-grained palate.
