- The One Seven One has a complex nose displaying classic dark berry fruits of blueberry, blackberry and cassis accompanied by subtle cinnamon and vanilla notes from the French Oak barrel fermentation and maturation time.

- A classic Coonawarra Cabernet with intense and pure fruit flavours and a powerful yet elegant palate structure. The wine displays pure varietal blackberry, blueberry and cassis fruits with very slight minty notes. The fruit characters are complemented by seamlessly integrated fine oak flavours of nutty, spicy vanillin oak. This wine has a very long finish with fine silky tannins and balanced with the intense lingering fruit flavours.
