Description

Cabernet Merlot is a harmonious blend of two classic varietals. Ripe blackcurrant and cassis fruit from the Cabernet with supple, redcurrant and dark
plum flavours from the Merlot. Dark cherry, chocolate and red berry fruits all come to the fore with a soft silky blueberry core of black peppercorn, spice and tobacco all supported by fine tannins and spicy oak. The refined structure of this wine makes it a great match with a wide range of dishes including barbequed meats, beef stews and casseroles.
