Winemaking

Grapes were hand picked, with the majority being pressed and the remainder drained off skins immediately after harvest. The wine was bottled following fermentation in both oak barrels and stainless steel.

Palate

Refreshing and crisp, berry fruit flavours dance across the palate. A dry finish invites further pleasure.
