Description
Manzanilla is actually a Sherry (fino most of the time) which was matured in Sanlúcar de Barrameda. This vineyard is situated on the Atlantic having a sunny and damp weather with an East exposure.
It is a dry wine made at 100% with Palomino Fino, protected by the yeast flora during its maturing.
The colour is pale gold and the nose is full of floral aromas with elegant and great oaky flavours. It is soft, neat and dry on the palate.
