Varietal:	Pinot Grigio
Colour:	Medium Straw with golden hues
Aroma:	Intense pear aromas and fresh green apple are right upfront with hints of musk stick notes coming through. Some subtle citrus and peach characters are also found derived from the lees stirring.
Palate:	An intensely flavoured palate of pear and green apple, combined with white peach and lemon citrus notes. Some excellent texture and acidity give this wine a unique balanced structure, with the palate showing excellent fruit weight, clarity and length.
