Coli Chianti

Description

This wine is obtained by fermentation of grapes produced according to the percentage dictage by tradition and enforced by law. It is full-bodied, dry and bright red in colour and with age becomes well balanced, soft and with a pronounced typical aroma. The wine goes wel with red meats, veal, venison and cheese and should be served at room temperature.
