Smooth and succulent flavours of blueberry and plum careen along with the fine grained tannins and mineral acid. The core of lush fruit finishes with a drying savoury finish.
Cellaring
This vibrant and youthful wine is great to enjoy now with food But will soften and gain complexity over the next 10-15 years. Ideal to drink with a slow cooked leg of lamb.
Vintage
A relatively cool season apart from a mid-summer heat wave. Good vineyard management ensured the grapes ripened fully and had lots of complex flavours and balanced acidity.
