Description
Mastri Birrai Umbri’s artisanal blonde ale is crafted according to the Cotta 21 recipe from a selection of the best Italian spelt and the finest malts. In appearance, it is golden and cloudy with a thick, lingering head. The rich aroma hints of lemon blossom and summer fruit with spicy undertones. The delicate, smooth flavor of the spelt is accompanied by herbaceous notes from the hops which our master brewers have expertly selected for you.
A sediment may form at the bottom of the bottle due to the craft production and high fermentation, and because it is non-filtered and non-pasteurised.
